Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups ap flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into chucks
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 large brown organic egg
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons organic turbinado cane sugar
How To Make buttermilk blueberry scones

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree. In food processor pulse flour, sugar, baking powder orange peel and salt to blend.

Step 2Scape into large bowl. In small bowl whisk buttermilk, egg to blend. add liquids to flour mixture. and stir with a fork untill evenly moistened. will look crumbly

Step 3Scrape dough onto lightly flour surface with flour hands work in frozen blueberries. work dough into a ball, pat int a 7" round circle. sprinkle Turinado sugar to top.

Step 4Cut dough into eight wedges place on baking sheet about 2" apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes. serve with butter. Enjoy
