1Cream butter and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate at least four hours. Roll dough into 12-inch circles and cut into pie shaped wedges. Roll into crescent rolls and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with the following glaze:
2Glaze for Butterhorn Rolls:
2 c. powdered sugar, 2 T. butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 T. milk, grated orange rind
Mix all ingredients together and top rolls. DELICIOUS!
