- 2 cups frozen thawed broccoli chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp chedder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic chopped (opitional)
- 1 small onion chopped (optional)
How To Make broccoli chedder cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375* ..saute broccoli, onions , and butter in a skillet, cook for 5-6 minutes..pour into a 9x13 baking dish..

Step 2Combine all other ingredients, by hand and pour over the broccoli/butter ...bake 30 -35 minutes.
