Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen thawed broccoli chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp chedder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped (opitional)
  • 1 small onion chopped (optional)

How To Make broccoli chedder cornbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375* ..saute broccoli, onions , and butter in a skillet, cook for 5-6 minutes..pour into a 9x13 baking dish..
  • Step 2
    Combine all other ingredients, by hand and pour over the broccoli/butter ...bake 30 -35 minutes.
