Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea or kosher salt
How To Make breadsticks (sallye)

Step 1Preheat oven to 375º In shallow bowl, blend parmesan cheese and salt Place pastry sheets on cutting board or waxed paper

Step 2Cut pastry sheets into approximately 1/2" wide strips Place on baking sheets in a single layer Brush with oil on all sides turning carefully

Step 3Sprinkle with cheese and salt mixture, turning carefully to cover all sides Place in preheated oven and bake 5-7 minutes until golden brown Serve immediately or transfer to cooling rack If you do not use immediately, allow to cool completely before placing in ziplock container to store in cool dry place
