BREADSTICKS (SALLYE)

Ingredients

1 pkgpuff pastry sheets, thawed

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspcoarse sea or kosher salt
How to Make BREADSTICKS (SALLYE)
- Preheat oven to 375º
In shallow bowl, blend parmesan cheese and salt
Place pastry sheets on cutting board or waxed paper - Cut pastry sheets into approximately 1/2" wide strips
Place on baking sheets in a single layer
Brush with oil on all sides turning carefully - Sprinkle with cheese and salt mixture, turning carefully to cover all sides
Place in preheated oven and bake 5-7 minutes until golden brown
Serve immediately or transfer to cooling rack
If you do not use immediately, allow to cool completely before placing in ziplock container to store in cool dry place
