Who doesn't love fresh made breads? This one is so soft and tasty. Spread with butter and jam or honey and I'm in heaven.

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
How To Make bread machine white bread

Step 1Add ingredients in order into your bread machine except the last 1/3 cup of water. Select option for dough and turn on the bread machine. As dough mixes add the last 1/3 cup of water slowly. If dough looks dry add more warm water until dough looks slightly sticky but not loose. It will tighten up as it kneads.

Step 2Let dough go through the rise time until done. Turn dough out on floured surface and shape into a loaf. Put in greased bread pan and turn once. Cover and let rise in warm place till double. Bake in oven at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and hollow sounding.

Step 3Remove from oven and place on rack to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with butter on the top. Cover with towel and let cool. This will give a softer crust.

Step 4NOTE: I hardly ever bake my bread in the bread machine. I use it to mix and rise the bread the first time.
