This is a recipe that I have had several years....It was originally published by Purdue University "Bread Making 101"....Hope you enjoy it.

1-1 /2 lb. loaf
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup instant potato flakes, dry
- 1-1/2 tablespoon dry milk powder
- 1-1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 tablespoon butter (cut into 4 pieces)
- 9 ounces (1 cup+2 tbsp) water (80 degrees)
How To Make bread machine potato bread

Step 1Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers directions... Add yeast, bread flour, instant potato flakes, dry milk, sugar, and salt...Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level dry ingredients, pushing some of the flour mixture into the corners. Place a piece of butter into each corner of pan.

Step 3Select BASIC or BASIC RAPID. I use "rapid bake" in my Panasonic
