you can use a regular loaf pan but makes such a tall loaf that you have to cut in half for toasting, when I use the long pan I get like 22 pieces of nice sized bread

Ingredients

11 ounces warm water
teaspoon 1 1/2 salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon 1 1/2 butter, softened
cup 2/3 oats
3 cups 3 1/4 bread flour
4 teaspoons yeast

How To Make bread machine oatmeal bread

Step 1

Put all ingredients into bread machine in order given

Step 2

set on dough cycle
Step 3

remove and let set covered lightly with plastic wrap for 10 minutes
Step 4

grease pan, I use a long loaf pan 4 3/4"x12 1/4"
Step 5

cover and let set till doubled in warm place
Step 6

brush with beaten egg and sprinkle oatmeal on top
Step 7

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
