A friend who has the same machine as me (Emeril T-Fal Bread Maker) shared gave me this recipe. She doesn't remember where she got it. I have not tried it myself as I don't need to avoid gluten. She did tell me that the dough is very sticky to work with which is normal.

1 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1 1/2 c
buttermilk, room temperature
1 tsp
1 Tbsp
xanthan gum
1/3 c
corn starch
1/2 can(s)
potato starch
2 c
white rice flour
1/2 c
soy flour
1 Tbsp
active dry yeast

How to Make Bread Machine Gluten Free White Bread


  • 1Place ingredients in bread machine in exact order recommended by manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
  • 2When machine is finished, remove dough and place in loaf pan (s). Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise for two hours.
  • 3Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
