A friend who has the same machine as me (Emeril T-Fal Bread Maker) shared gave me this recipe. She doesn't remember where she got it. I have not tried it myself as I don't need to avoid gluten. She did tell me that the dough is very sticky to work with which is normal.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 1/2 can potato starch
- 2 cups white rice flour
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
How To Make bread machine gluten free white bread

Step 1Place ingredients in bread machine in exact order recommended by manufacturer. Select dough cycle.

Step 2When machine is finished, remove dough and place in loaf pan (s). Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise for two hours.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
