Bread flour gives better finish to breads than all purpose flour but who wants to keep a whole bag of it on their shelf ..and why should u when u can just as easily mix it as u need by adding one extra ingredient to all purpose flour ? Hope this tip saves you some money -and makes some space in your pantry. Enjoy !
