2 1/2 cfine dried bread crumbs

8 tspbaking powder

3 cmilk

1 cflour

4 Tbspbutter

1 tspsalt

4eggs
How to Make Bread Crumb Hotcakes
- Scald 1/2 of the milk with butter. Add crumbs, stir.
Add rest of the milk and stir well. Add beaten eggs and stir well. - Mix flour, salt, and baking powder and add this mixture to the batter. Stir well
- Do NOT grease your griddle. Cook as regular hotcakes
