Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

Easy to make only one cup of frozen blueberries !
Ingredients

1 1/3 cflour

3/4 cquick cooking oats

1/3 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1/4 cvegtable oil
-
1egg
-
1 cfrozen blueberries
How to Make Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake
- Preheat oven 400 df and grease 8" pan ~ set aside.
In medium bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a one cup measure stir milk, oil and egg.
Pour all at once into the flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy)
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into pan. - Bake until golden and pulls away from sides.
20-25 minutes.
Cool 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm ~ makes 8 portions.
