- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup shortening
How To Make blueberry corn bread

Step 1Wash and drain blueberries. Put corn meal in a bowl and sift in dry ingredients and a dash of salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold in blueberries.

Step 2Grease electric skillet and preheat to 250 degrees. Pour batter in, cover and cook with vent open for 25 minutes.
