blue cheese french bread
This is a nice variation of the standard garlic bread. I sometimes add minced garlic or garlic powder to the butter depending on the crowd I'm serving this to.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 - loaf french bread
How To Make blue cheese french bread

Step 1Mix the butter and cheeses thoroughly.

Step 2Cut bread into 1-inch slices.

Step 3Spread butter mixture on cut sides of bread.

Step 4Reassemble loaf.

Step 5Wrap the bread loaf in piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil and seal securely.

Step 6Heat on grill about 4-inches from medium coals for 15-20 minutes, or heat in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
