Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1, 12 ounces can of beer @ room temperature

How To Make beer bread

  • Step 1
    Mix all items, and pour into greased loaf pan. Or you can use a clean 3 lb. metal coffee container.
  • Step 2
    Pour 1/4 cup melted Butter or Margarine over batter
  • Step 3
    Bake for 50 min. at 375 degrees.
