I don't know about all of you but my family loves beer bread with soups and stews in the winter time. I always bought the beer bread kit from Taste of Home parties which was expensive. I found this recipe on the Internet and it has saved me money again and again. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can 12 oz. beer (your favorite brand)
How To Make beer bread

Step 1Mix together by hand and pour into greased bread pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Melt 1/4 c. butter and pour over bread, bake an additional 10 minutes.

Step 2No self rising flour: take 1 cup minus 2 tbsp all- purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt. Makes 1 cup but you can double or triple as needed.
