Any beer is ok. but do not use light beer.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces can of bottle of beer (your choice)
  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

How To Make beer bread

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees: Grease a loaf pan (I use Pam)
  • Step 2
    Combine self-rising flour and sugar. Stir in beer, Dough will be VERY sticky. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
