My whole family loves this bread. I had tried it at a home party and loved it but didn't want to pay almost $6 for the mix. I decided to figure out how to make it homemade. After several attempts, I figured it out.

How to Make Beer Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. In small bowl melt butter in microwave.
  3. In large bowl mix flour, sugar and can of beer just enough to moisten all the batter. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into loaf pan then pour melted butter over the top. Place in oven on center rack and bake for about 55 minutes
