This Recipe is what i was raised up on.when we were little my sister and i baby setted our five brothers and sister,My Mom would cook a big pot of pinto beans and when it got down to a small amount not enough to feed all of us i took some Flour and CornMeal and a Onion and Garlicpepper spice and made sixteen Bean Flitter that fead Eight that was how meany their was of us,Their a long story to this.

How to Make Bean Flitters


  1. Put to cups of pinto beans with the soup in a large bowl
  2. add flour and cornmeal and onion and garlic pepper, mixing every thing to gatther some times you have to add for thickening.after mixed togather get a frying pan.
  3. let the pan get hot with oil and then pure some of the batter in and let it cook goldin brown and turn over and the same goldin brown on other side.after done you can sprinkle a little salt on top that's the way i like them. you can also add baccon in your mix but make sure its already fryed and brooken up when you add it to the mix
