Bay's Legit Cornbread
I've made it many different ways over the years, but this is my go to recipe. It's quick. Easy. The kids inhale it.

1 1/3 call purpose flour
1 cyellow cornmeal
2 Tbspbaking powder
4 Tbspvegetable oil
1 can(s)creamed corn
How to Make Bay's Legit Cornbread
- Heat #8 cast iron skillet in 400° oven
- Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
- Add all else and whisk into batter
- Remove heated skillet, melt butter in the heated cast iron, pour batter into skillet and cook for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
