Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 - eggs
- 3 - crushed bananas
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- - pinch of salt
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, bananas, flour, soda, salt and pecans, beating after each addition. Place in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Recipe does not say what size pan but a 9 x 5 will work.
