    10 to 12 dinner rolls
  • ·
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • ·
    3 green onions with tops, finely chopped
  • ·
    3/4 cup or less vegetable oil
  • ·
    1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
  • ·
    3 tbsp. vinegar
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. sugar
  • ·
    1/2 cup sliced black olives

How to Make Baked Stuffed Cheese Rolls


  1. Remove center of each dinner roll, leaving a shell thick enough to hold its shape when stuffed. Arrange bread shells on nonstick baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix the cheese, eggs, green onions, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, vinegar,salt,sugar and olives in medium bowl and mix well. Spoon into bread shells. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Serve with soup or salad. Serves 10 to 12
