Ingredients

  • 12 - bacon strips (diced)
  • 1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarello cheese
  • 1 package ranch salad dressing mix

How To Make bacon bread

  • Step 1
    iN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK BACON OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL PARTIALLY COOKED, DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL
  • Step 2
    Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness, brush with 1 T of oil. Cut into 1 inch pieces, place in a large bowl. Add the bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil, toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Arrange pieces in a tube pan on a baking sheet, layering as need. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 mins or until doubled. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Cover with foil, bake 5-10 min longer or until golden brown.
