BACON BREAD

12bacon strips (diced)

1 lbloaf frozen bread dough, thawed

2 Tbspolive oil divided

1 cshredded part skim mozzarello cheese

1 pkgranch salad dressing mix
How to Make BACON BREAD
- iN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK BACON OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL PARTIALLY COOKED, DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL
- Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness, brush with 1 T of oil. Cut into 1 inch pieces, place in a large bowl. Add the bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil, toss to coat.
- Arrange pieces in a tube pan on a baking sheet, layering as need. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 mins or until doubled. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Cover with foil, bake 5-10 min longer or until golden brown.
