2 cmilk, whole
12vienna bread slices, toasted
8apples, peeled, cored, sliced
2 Tbspcandied orange peel, chopped fine
3 Tbsppowdered sugar

- Beat the milk with the eggs and sugar. Dip each toast and place on a platter. Pour over the rest of the milk mixture.
Sprinkle the apples with orange peel, vanilla and sugar.
Butter a baking dish and dust with the bread crumbs.
Arrange the ingredients in 3 layers, starting and ending with toast in the baking dish.
Bake in a hot (400F) oven for 40 minutes

Mark says take 3 large loaf pans, side by side, without the sides to equal a Baba Pan.
