I got this recipe from my mom witch she got from her mother she has added some things to it through the years and it's very good.I love to make it and have with homemade chili or its good with just a nice side salad.

Ingredients
- 1 stick jimmy dean light sausage
- 2 cups martha white corn meal or you can use yellow
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 can ortega green chillies
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can mexicorn 11 0z
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 stick shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz
How To Make arkansas razorback cornbread

Step 1Mix ingreidents to make cornbread.Cornmeal,flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,eggs and buttermilk.

Step 2cook sausage till done make sure its crumbled like hamburger meat.Add to wet cornbread mix.

Step 3Add chillies,mexicorn,onion,and cheese to that and stir all together.

Step 4Pour mixture into a 10 inch pan or iron skillet and bake at 350 f for 20 to 25 mins or until brown on top and done.
