Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 ounces loaf baguette style french bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary
  • 1 - 8 ounces jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 8 ounces brie cheese thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds, lightly toasted

How To Make apricot almond brueschetta with melted brie

  • Step 1
    Cut bread diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Stir together olive oil, garlic, and rosemary; brush mixture over bread. Bake at 400 degrees, until bread just starts to brown. Combine preserves and lemon peel and spread on top of garlic mixture, top with slice of Brie and toasted almonds. Return to oven and bake until cheese starts to melt.
