1 3/4 call purpose flour

How to Make Apple Cranberry Stroudel
- Peel and thinly slice apples, pace in a bowl add lemon juice, sugars, cinnamon, and cranberries. Set aside.
- Mix flour a pinch of salt,oil and stir into a ball, kned and pound out flat. Roll out with rolling pen in rectangle the size of jelly roll sheet or cookie sheet. Spread out furit mixture one end of dough, the roll dough to cover mix, spread out another roll of furit mix then roll again with dough continue until reach top end of dough. Cut slits in top of doungh with sharp knife. Place on greesed cookie sheet with seam down. Brush with melted butter bake in 400 degree oven bake about 35 to 45 min until lightly brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
