How to Make Amish Soft Pretzels
1Dissolve yeast in warm water(105 degrees-115 degrees).Add salt and flour.
3Cover with cloth and let rise 15 minutes.
4Divide dough into 16 parts.
5Roll each piece into narrow rolls and shape into a pretzel.
6Mix 1/2 cup water and 2 teaspoon soda.
7Dip each pretzel into soda solution and sprinkle with salt.
8Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
