Excellent little quick bread to serve warm or at room temperature. Only 3 ingredients! Especially wonderful with baked beans and chili.

Ingredients For 1, 2, 3 beer bread

  • 1 can
    beer (any type you prefer)
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    white sugar

How To Make 1, 2, 3 beer bread

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Lightly coat large loaf pan with cooking spray.

    Mix flour and sugar.

    Add beer.

    Mix well.

    Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
