Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - 8 oz container low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups wyman's, ( or other brand,) frozen wild blueberries, thawed,drained.
How To Make wild blueberry yogurt muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together flours, sugar, Splenda, baking soda, and baking powder. In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg, vanilla, butter and blueberries. Stir yogurt mix into flour mix, Mix until just combined. Spoon mix into muffin cups, 1/2 way full. Bake 25 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
