These muffins are healthy, moist & delicious. I hope your friends & family enjoy them as much as mine does. Nuts, chocolate chips, blueberries, etc. can be added to change up the flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5-6 - bananas, mashed
- 1 cup coconut sugar (or 1/2c stevia or 1 cup brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
How To Make whole grain banana muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin cups or use paper liners.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Make a well in center of flour mixture and set aside.

Step 3In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter should be a little lumpy). Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Step 4Options - adding nuts, chocolate chips, blueberries or pineapple is a delicious change.
