ultra yummy pumpkin bread
Of all the quick breads that I make this is one of my favorites. I love the bread and icing combination and could eat this every day.

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) solid pumpkin
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- FROSTING
- 4 ounces package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make ultra yummy pumpkin bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7x3 inch loaf pans (2 needed).

Step 2In large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended. in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.

Step 3Bake for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4While loaves baking in large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended. Slowly while mixing add powdered sugar.

Step 5Once bread completely cooled pour frosting over top of each loaf. (In my kitchen, we skip this step and add a little frosting to a slice of bread.)
