Ingredients
- 2 16oz cans cream-style corn
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 4oz cans green chilies chopped fine
- - a few dashes of hot sauce
- 2 cups greated chedder cheese
- 1 small onion chopped fine
How To Make tucson corn bake..

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350...Mix all ingredients together except chilies,onion,and cheese.

Step 2Divide the mixture in half..Place half the mixture in a greased 8-inch baking dish...Mix chilies,onion,and gheese together; place on top of vorn mixture...Cover with the rest of the corn mixture. bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
