A dear friend of mine shared this with me named Jerry Modlin, I added my own little twist to it and has become a favorite with who ever eats it.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 - egg
  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

How To Make sweet and moist cornbread

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350 and grease a square 9x9 pan or muffin tins.
  • Step 2
    mix all ingrediants well amd pour into bakeware.
  • Step 3
    bake just untill tooth pick inserted comes out clean, approx. 45 min.
