- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/2 cup sultana (yellow raisins)
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup whole milk
- MISCELLANEOUS
- - sugar for sprinkling
How To Make sugar-crusted sultana & spice oatmeal muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 2Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well with a fork.

Step 3Add all wet ingredients. Then mix well.

Step 4Use cupcake liners or grease muffin pan. Spoon batter 3/4 full.

Step 5Sprinkle with sugar before placing in oven. Do not stir.

Step 6Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
