3 Tbspground flaxseed

1/2 coatmeal

2 Tbspwheat germ

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsea salt

1 Tbspcinnamon

1/2 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/2 tspclove, ground

1/2 csultana (yellow raisins)
- WET INGREDIENTS

2 Tbspvanilla
-
1 tspmolasses
-
1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1egg
-
1 cwhole milk
- MISCELLANEOUS

sugar for sprinkling
How To Make sugar-crusted sultana & spice oatmeal muffins

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well with a fork.

3Add all wet ingredients. Then mix well.

4Use cupcake liners or grease muffin pan. Spoon batter 3/4 full.

5Sprinkle with sugar before placing in oven. Do not stir.

6Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
