Makes 4 rolls
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup thick strawberry jam
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
How To Make strawberry rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Spray 4 muffin cups with nonstick spray.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in medium bowl.

Step 3Whisk together, milk, vinegar and melted butter.

Step 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stir until soft dough forms.

Step 5On floured surface roll dough into rectangle 10" by 6". Spread the jam over the entire surface.

Step 6Carefully, roll the dough, starting with the short side.

Step 7Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces, drop in muffin cups.

Step 8Bake 12 - 15 minutes.

Step 9Stir together milk and powdered sugar.

Step 10Frost the roll after cooling slightly.
