Trying a new recipe with items in my pantry...Pretty delicious.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar ( any kind)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked steel oats
How To Make steel oats breakfast muffins

Step 1in a saucepan bring water to a boil, add in the steel oats, turn off heat and stir until well combined...set aside

Step 2in one bowl combine the first 6 ingredients...(dry)

Step 3in another bowl combine the last 5 ingredients ( wet)

Step 4add the wet mixture to the dry and stir well

Step 5makes 12 muffins...bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins...do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean they are done...take out and let cool...ENJOY
