- 55 grams white flour
- 3 - white eggs,beated until snowy, soft
- 70 grams almonds, chopped
- 144 grams confectioners' sugar
- - some butter to grease
- - some sugar to sprinkle
How To Make smoothy minicakes

Step 1Derreta a manteiga até obter um tom dourado e Melt the butter and drop it still hot over the beated eggs white,adding the almonds,the sugar and the flour.Pour in the muffins baking sheets and bake until golden. .

Step 2Take them out,wait for getting colder.Finally sprinkle with some sugar.

Step 3It can be served with ice cream and/or whipped cream...HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!
