Ingredients

  • 135 grams butter, room temperature
  • 55 grams white flour
  • 3 - white eggs,beated until snowy, soft
  • 70 grams almonds, chopped
  • 144 grams confectioners' sugar
  • - some butter to grease
  • - some sugar to sprinkle

How To Make smoothy minicakes

  • Step 1
    Derreta a manteiga até obter um tom dourado e Melt the butter and drop it still hot over the beated eggs white,adding the almonds,the sugar and the flour.Pour in the muffins baking sheets and bake until golden. .
  • Step 2
    Take them out,wait for getting colder.Finally sprinkle with some sugar.
  • Step 3
    It can be served with ice cream and/or whipped cream...HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!
