    white eggs,beated until snowy, soft
  • 70 g
    almonds, chopped
  • 144 g
    confectioners' sugar

    some butter to grease
  • ·
    some sugar to sprinkle

How to Make Smoothy minicakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Derreta a manteiga até obter um tom dourado e

    Melt the butter and drop it still hot over the beated eggs white,adding the almonds,the sugar and the flour.Pour in the muffins baking sheets and bake until golden.

  2. Take them out,wait for getting colder.Finally sprinkle with some sugar.
  3. It can be served with ice cream and/or whipped cream...HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!
