Ingredients

  • 3 c
    raisin bran
  • 1-1/2 c
    2% milk
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS (Sallye)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Pour the milk over the raisin bran and allow to stand for 5 minutes

    While waiting, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together set aside
  3. Stir the beaten eggs, honey and olive oil into the raisin bran mix
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the raisin bran mix, stir until just moistened
  5. Spoon the batter into twelve greased muffin pans

    Bake for 18-20 minutes until nice and brown
