1-1/2 c2% milk

2 lgeggs, beaten

1/2 choney
-
1/4 cextra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1-1/2 Tbspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make raisin bran muffins (sallye)

1Preheat oven to 400º F
-
2Pour the milk over the raisin bran and allow to stand for 5 minutes While waiting, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together set aside

3Stir the beaten eggs, honey and olive oil into the raisin bran mix

4Add the dry ingredients to the raisin bran mix, stir until just moistened

5Spoon the batter into twelve greased muffin pans Bake for 18-20 minutes until nice and brown
