Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup chopped,peeled apples
- 1/4 cup raisins
- CRUMB TOPPINGS
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons quick cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cold butter or stick margarine
How To Make raisin apple muffins

Step 1In a bowl,combine the 1st 5 ingredients. Combine next 3 ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients,just until moistened. Fold in apples and raisins.

Step 2Coat muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray,or use paper liners. Fill 2/3 full.

Step 3FOR TOPPING: In a bowl,combine the flours,oats,& brown sugar;cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

Step 4Bake 375 in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes..Remove to a wire rack. Serve Warm (good at room temp. too.)
