Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 package (3oz)cream cheese..cut into 12 pieces
- STREUSAL TOPPING
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
How To Make pumpkin streusal muffins

Step 1Combine 1st 6 ingredients. In another bowl,beat egg; add milk,pumpkin,& oil. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full. Place 1 piece of cream cheese in each muffin. Top with remaining batter.

Step 2Combine packed brown sugar,pecans,& cinnamon. Cut butter into combined mix. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake 400 degrees 18-22 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan to wire racks.Cool.
