2 call purpose unbleached flour

1/4 cnonfat dry milk powder

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsea salt

1/2 csugar
-
3 largeeggs, beaten

1/2 ccanola oil

1 can(s)crushed pineapple in its own juice 8 oz. can

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How to Make Pineapple Nut Muffins
- Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, canola oil and pineapple in a medium bowl.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together until just blended. Gently stir in the pecans.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full and then bake 12-15 minutes at 400? F until golden and they pass the toothpick test.
