Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 - eggs, beaten

How To Make pecan bites

Step 1

Combine sugar,flour and pecans; set aside. Blend together butter and eggs; mix into flour mixture.

Step 2

Fill greased and floured mini muffin cups 2/3 full; bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
