Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4+3Tbls cup bran flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 - unpeeled navel oranges, cut into eighths
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
How To Make orange muffins

Step 1COMBINE THE FLOUR, BRAN, SUGAR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, CINNAMON, & RAISINS IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL. PUREE THE ORANGE PIECES AND ORANGE JUICE. ADD THE MOLASSES, EGG & MARGARINE & BLEND UNTIL WELL MIXED. ADD TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS & STIR JUST UNTIL MIXED. SPOON INTO GREASED MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE AT 425 *15 MIN OR TOOTH PICK INSERTED INTO MUFFIN TEST DONE COOL IN PAN 10 MIN MOVE TO WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY OR EAT WARM
