Grandma had these for breakfast alot. They are very tastey but have another purpose that is sort of delicate to mention. These help you to be more regular so eating too many might keep you visiting the bathroom more than you want to.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bran cereal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup skim or 2% milk
- 2 - eggs whites, beaten
- 1/4 cup molasses or honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make oat bran muffins

Step 1Line muffin pan with paper cups or spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients, mix well, combine milk,egg whites, honey or molasses, and oil. Mix into dry ingredients until moist (don't over mix)

Step 2Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 425 for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3May add 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, raisins or 1 med ripe bananna.
