  • 1 pkg
    cake mix, chocolate fudge
  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    milk, 2%
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips, mini (optional)

How to Make no egg easy chocolate muffins


  1. preheat oven to 350 F. Add vinegar to milk let milk stand.
  2. Pour cake-mix into a large mixing bowl add baking soda, in the middle pour oil, blend mixture until it becomes crumbly flour mix.
  3. Grease or add paper baking cups to cupcake pan.
    Add milk to flour mixture mix well, add chocolate chips or syrup.
  4. Pour mixture into cups about 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 F. for 28 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven let cool & ENJOY!
