no egg easy chocolate muffins

This is easy to make with any flavor cake,you decide. My guys LOVE them!

Ingredients

  • 1 package cake mix, chocolate fudge
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk, 2%
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini (optional)

How To Make no egg easy chocolate muffins

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350 F. Add vinegar to milk let milk stand.
  • Step 2
    Pour cake-mix into a large mixing bowl add baking soda, in the middle pour oil, blend mixture until it becomes crumbly flour mix.
  • Step 3
    Grease or add paper baking cups to cupcake pan. Add milk to flour mixture mix well, add chocolate chips or syrup.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into cups about 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 F. for 28 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven let cool & ENJOY!
