Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 - apple, peeled and shredded
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make morning glory muffins

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl

Step 2Mix together all fruits, veggies and nuts in a smaller bowl

Step 3mix eggs, applesauce and vanilla together and add to dry ingredients.

Step 4mix in fruits, veggies and nuts.

Step 5spray or line muffin tins, place mix to fill each muffin cup.

Step 6Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 min or done.
