Everybody In My Family Loves It ! Belived It Or Not They Are Really Moist ! My Aunt and Uncle: Because it's so mouth-watering, and chewy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 medium eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 medium bananas / mashed
  • 1/2 or 1 cups chopped nuts
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh milk
  • 1 cup raisins--soaked in hot water

How To Make moist banana-nut bread muffin

  • Step 1
    Mixed dry ingredients, Add liquid ingredients. Stir with wooden spoon; Do not use mixer. Bake in muffin tin pans at 350 degrees for about 15 to 18 minutes, Or about 1 hour in a greased and floured loaf pan.
