Moist banana muffins w/ crumb topping

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

3 largebananas, mashed

1egg, lightly beaten

1/3 cmelted butter

1/3 cpacked, light brown sugar

How to Make Moist banana muffins w/ crumb topping
- Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray 10 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. in lg bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- In another lg bowl, beat bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter until somewhat smooth Stir the banana mix into flour mix just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups 3/4 a way.
- In small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of each muffin cup. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
