Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter
How To Make moist banana muffins w/ crumb topping

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray 10 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. in lg bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 2In another lg bowl, beat bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter until somewhat smooth Stir the banana mix into flour mix just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups 3/4 a way.

Step 3In small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of each muffin cup. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
