mater's crananaberry muffins
A little twist on banana bread. I decided on cranberries because I liked the name I made up!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3 - bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup craisins
How To Make mater's crananaberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugars with oil, eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla. Stir till mixed well. Use a mixer if you like.

Step 2Stir in dry ingredients. When all mixed up, add milk. Stir in well.

Step 3Add cranberries, mix well.

Step 4Pour into loaf pan, bake 45-60 minutes. If using muffin pan, bake 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5**for other flavors, omit craisins, add handful of oatmeal, or chocolate chips, nuts or other fruits.
