lowfat blueberry peach muffin

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour (if u want them denser, use cake flour instead)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup torbinado sugar (u can use white if you prefer)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup dried peaches, cut
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make lowfat blueberry peach muffin

Step 1While preheating your oven to 400 degrees, sift flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

Step 2In separate bowl, mix milk, applesauce, oil and eggwhites.

Step 3Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring til just blended. Stir the fruit into the blend and pour into muffin tins. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of topping onto each muffin and bake for 20 mins.
